BITEX awards outstanding teams in the CMO THINK AND ACTION 2023 competition

As the Strategic Sponsor and Judge of the CMO Think And Action 2023 competition, Binh Tay Import Export Joint Stock Company – BITEX officially announced and awarded prizes to the 3 outstanding teams in the Second Chance category of the competition at the Grand Finale Gala held on the evening of July 9.

Accordingly, the Champion of the Second Chance category with the BITEX challenge belonged to the Lone Sharks team, the Runner-up position went to the Pam Manh Me team, and the Second Runner-up belonged to the BizWiz team.

Overcoming more than 80 “heavyweight competitors” nationwide, after nearly 2 months of intense and dramatic competition, the 3 teams made continuous efforts to assert their mettle, while leaving unforgettable marks on the journey of CMO Think And Action 2023.

It is known that coming to this year's CMO competition, the BITEX Board of Judges brought a challenge to the competing teams in researching the notebook product line, how to ensure eco-friendly factors, safety for users, and highlight the outstanding quality of the product.

At the end of the competition, the BITEX representative highly appreciated the efforts, dynamism, and especially the creativity of the students from the competing teams. The contestants brought to BITEX in particular and this year's competition in general creative ideas, meaningful messages, and diverse Gen Z colors. BITEX always appreciates your initiatives, efforts, and contributions.

The Grand Finale Gala of the CMO Think And Action 2023 competition took place at the Hall of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, campus 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, in a vibrant, suspenseful, and exciting atmosphere with the participation of a large number of students nationwide, representatives of BITEX, and other units and businesses.

In parallel with the announcement of the Second Chance category awards, CMO Think And Action 2023 also found outstanding teams in the main category.

Coming to the finale of the competition, BITEX brought contestants the opportunity to experience products with a booth displaying the BITEX stationery universe along with many interactive activities with hundreds of attractive gifts: Bitex pens, Pilot Combo “Japanese Pens - Sparking Thinking”, attracting the enthusiastic participation of students, contributing to creating a connection between the brand and the contestants.

The CMO Think And Action competition is an academic marketing competition organized by Margroup - a Marketing Student Research Group under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. Organized annually since 2014, CMO Think And Action has gone through 9 highly successful seasons with continuously improved quality, attracting a large number of competing teams. Especially, the 2023 season attracted more than 900 teams from both the South and North to compete and reached a successful conclusion, finding outstanding talents for the Marketing field, contributing to creating a bond between students and leading enterprises in Vietnam.

CMO Think And Action 2023 was organized with the theme GENIUSES ARISE - Digital Transformation along with the message Thrive on the fight of Marketers.

The competition took place with 2 categories and 4 brands representing 4 businesses providing the challenges. In the first category, you will use current digital technology knowledge to solve business problems. This category took place from May 12 to June 14. In the second category, teams solved situations provided by businesses, taking place from June 10 to June 19. At the end of category 2, outstanding teams proceeded to implement the Practical Product: Marketing plan and Social video with visual support from the Organizing Committee. Teams with higher scores continued to compete to find the Champion, Runner-up, and Second Runner-up, with the awards presented at the Grand Finale Gala.
