BITEX ACCOMPANIES TEACHERS OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES IN GIA LAM DISTRICT - HANOI

Continuing the compassionate journey of the program “Accompanying Teachers Overcoming Difficulties” in Ba Vi (Hanoi), the program visited 2 teachers in Gia Lam to share their hardships, inspiring faith and motivation for them to stand firm in their noble career of “cultivating people”.

Coming to Gia Lam – Hanoi this time, the program had the opportunity to visit and support two outstanding teachers: Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan – who sows the seeds of knowledge at Trung Mau Secondary School, and Ms. Ngo Ngoc San – the gentle mother of children at Dong Du Kindergarten. Amidst the bustling urban life, there are still schools and “ferrymen” who deeply need community support to stand firm on their noble journey of “cultivating people”.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan – a dedicated teacher and the breadwinner of her family – has spent many years diligently preparing lesson plans, always loved by students and colleagues for her responsibility and seriousness in every lecture. Despite facing health challenges, she maintains her resilient spirit and enthusiasm, inspiring generations of students with her flexible and dedicated teaching methods.

Ms. Ngo Ngoc San, currently working at Dong Du Kindergarten, also possesses a burning love for her profession. Despite undergoing medical treatment, she continuously devotes all her heart to caring for and guiding the young children, viewing teaching as the motivation to overcome life's difficulties.

Despite such difficulties, for Ms. San, nothing can hinder her enthusiasm for the profession. She considers teaching an indispensable part of her life, a way to resiliently and clearly overcome obstacles.

After years of implementation, the “Accompanying Teachers Overcoming Difficulties” program has deeply spread humanitarian values, having reached 17 provinces and cities and directly supported nearly 50 teachers across the country. Practical gifts and sincere visits not only help ease the teachers' burdens but also provide motivation, lighting up the flame of enthusiasm within them.

In the coming time, this journey of sharing will continue to expand to more localities, ensuring that the spirit of compassion and gratitude for those who sow knowledge, the “ferrymen”, will never fade.
