“ACCOMPANYING TEACHERS OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES” 2026: INSPIRING THE SOWERS OF KNOWLEDGE

Initiated in November 2019, the “Accompanying Teachers Overcoming Difficulties” program, jointly organized by BITEX, the Ministry of Education & Training, various Departments of Education & Training, and VTV Humanitarian, has left a profound humanitarian mark. More than just a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity, this is BITEX's enduring commitment to Vietnam's education.

Over the past 6 years, this journey of gratitude has traveled through 21 provinces and cities, touching the lives of 51 teachers with a total support value of nearly 1 billion VND. But beyond the numbers, the greatest value the program brings is timely comfort, helping teachers ease the burden of making a living so they can confidently hold onto their white chalk and blackboards. We believe that, whether in bustling cities or remote villages, there are always teachers who rise above adversity to dedicate themselves to education.

For this season, the program aims to support 10 teachers facing exceptionally difficult circumstances, with priority given to the following expected regions: Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong. Each selected teacher will receive 20 million VND in support, along with close companionship from the program crew.

BITEX understands that there are silent sacrifices that, without community sharing, we would hardly know about. Therefore, BITEX hopes to receive companionship from schools, parents, and students in nominating exemplary teachers who are facing difficulties.

Sponsorship Criteria

Teachers sponsored in the program are educators currently working in the Vietnamese education sector, who demonstrate dedication and responsibility, and serve as role models of ethics and lifestyle for students and colleagues.

At the same time, the program prioritizes cases that are:

· Facing exceptionally difficult circumstances

· Suffering from critical illnesses

· Experiencing accidents or life crises

· Having no caregivers or lacking stable housing

· In addition, nominated teachers should have achievements in teaching, comply well with the regulations of the education sector, and have no violations of teacher ethics.

To spread the program more widely, BITEX actively expands the sources of nominees through various channels:

· Recommendation letters from schools

· Nominations from students and parents

· Proposals from Departments of Education & Training

Evaluation and feedback period: From May 20 to May 30, 2026.
