BITEX ACCOMPANIES TEACHERS OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES – THE JOURNEY TO NGHE AN

Coming to Nghe An, the program “Accompanying Teachers Overcoming Difficulties” implemented by BITEX continues to present practical support to teachers working under highly limited conditions. Here, BITEX recognized the persistent professional spirit and responsibility of teachers toward the cause of education.

 The program met and presented gifts to teachers facing difficult circumstances.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung – Holding firm to the podium amidst challenges

Ms. Kim Nhung is currently teaching at Do Luong High School and is also the main breadwinner of her family. Despite facing a critical illness and having to live temporarily in the school's dormitory, she still regularly maintains her teaching work.

Each hour in class is a time she chooses to continue her professional journey with a proactive and positive spirit. She considers teaching an indispensable part of her life, a way to overcome obstacles in the most persistent and clear manner.

Ms. Kim Nhung – Do Luong High School, remains dedicated on the podium every day, using the classroom as a spiritual anchor to firmly overcome difficulties.

Ms. Tran Thi Hang – Stabilizing professional expertise, overcoming personal limits

A teacher at Vinh Son Kindergarten, Ms. Tran Thi Hang persistently continues her work and cares for her elderly mother despite facing long-term health issues with her legs.

Mr. Nguyen Dac Luc – Deputy General Director of BITEX Company, representing the program to present gifts to Ms. Tran Thi Hang.

With a serious working attitude and high adaptability, she effectively maintains professional activities, building trust for students and parents through each day of class.

Despite her illness and having to move with a walker, Ms. Hang persistently goes to class every day, giving love and knowledge to each young student.

Ms. Tran Thi Trung – Prioritizing professional responsibility

Working at Hien Son Kindergarten, Ms. Tran Thi Trung still fully performs her teaching duties despite undergoing medical treatment. Under family conditions with many pressures, she still maintains her work schedule and stable professional expertise. For her, the classroom is a place that requires serious and regular presence. Each lesson is a long-term accumulated effort to maintain local educational quality.

Ms. Phan Thi Dao – Maintaining efficiency under unstable living conditions

Currently teaching at Nam Yen Thanh High School, Ms. Phan Thi Dao is the main pillar of her family. Despite difficult housing conditions and childcare challenges, she remains steadfast in her work. With a progressive attitude and good work management skills, she ensures the successful completion of her teaching duties, maintaining connection with students and the school.

This trip not only brings material support but also aims to recognize the sense of responsibility of the teaching staff who are silently dedicating themselves under limited conditions. BITEX will continue to expand the program to many other provinces and cities, accompanying teachers on their meaningful educational journey.
